Thanks for a very positive roofing experience!
Our new roof is so beautiful we're thinking of charging a fee to all the gawking neighbors that stop by to admire it!!!
This was fun, positive experience from start to finish. Our sales rep spent three hours at our home going over every possible detail with us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. As you can see by the pictures we have a pretty basic roof. There was no tear off to do; still, our three installers were 80% done on the very first day!
Everything was done and cleaned up to our satisfaction by the end of day two. Our installers were friendly, courteous and hard working. I watched them for a few minutes as they all worked like a finely tuned machine installing our roof in perfect rhythm.
For us, Interlock meant that the third time was the charm. We'd tried to do business with two other companies. The first took a large amount of money as a down payment and gave absolutely no customer service for two months. We got our money back and started over. The second company gave an inaccurate bid. Needless to say, we entered into this contract with some trepidation. interlock is a fabulous company and we'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a new roof!

Dear Bob,
I'm not sure who to best direct this letter of appreciation to but I'm assuming it will be shared with Interlock officials. As briefly mentioned in an email to you we are thrilled with everything. From our initial deliberations in choosing Interlock to the completion of the project we have been impressed. We have completed many remodeling projects in our home.
Replacing a roof certainly would be considered major. To know that we will not need to worry about replacing it is very comforting, not to mention the impressive appearance and worth it has added to our home and neighborhood. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the extraordinary work and work habits of Nazar. Committed, exacting, attention to detail, particular are words that immediately come to mind. His knowledge and work ethic are off the scale - long work days, mindful of what needs doing next (particularly with vagaries of spring weather) are noteworthy. He's a gem you can absolutely depend on. We await our first major nasty weather event to put this all to test - one that we are very confident about.
Thank you once again. It is reassuring to know we will benefit so nicely from the superior workmanship and quality of the roofing products. Sincerely,
Charles and Jan Parmalee

Dear Sirs;
We are definitely please with the looks and as far as we know the workmenship is good.
We also want to add that Garry Crawford and his men were very polite and obliging and seemed to do their best. Also Jean-Pierre did his part tactfully.
We intend to let everyone know how happy we are with the looks and so far as we know it is the best roof we could get.
Sincerely yours,

We have a tight, lovely, looking roof.
We believe Interlock Industries, Inc. has a superior product. Only time will tell just how well it will hold its beauty and durability.
Installation of this product requires a lot of labor. Your professional installation crew worked well together. They were respectful, polite, and neat. Every work day our grounds were left clean and presentable. Once our new roof was installed, we approved of its appearance.
Sincerely,
Lorraine and Spencer Kneeland

Dear Sirs;
I was very pleased with your workers and their completion of the job. They worked hard, putting in more than a full day of work at a time, and were very courteous. They did their job well, cleaning up after themselves.
I am very pleased with how wonderful the roof looks. We live up a big hill and my house is a raised ranch and therefore higher in the air. Before your workers came to work on my roof, I would hear a lot of noise when we had howling winds. I now realize that that noise was the roof deteriorating, because now that the new roof is up, there is no noise. My old roof was in terrible shape. It is wonderful that the new roof is installed and making my life more comfortable.
I would recommend your company for the installation of a new roof any day. Thanks again for making my life less stressful.
Sincerely yours,
Raphaline Voccia

To whom it my concern; I am writing to let you know how very pleased my husband and I are with our new Interlock roof. We can't believe how very classy our house looks now. It has gone from just another house on the street to "Wow!, look at that house". We can't tell you how many people have stopped on the side of the road to check out our new roof. We have received many complements. We were amazed at how quickly the installation was from start to finish. The yard was cleaned up each and every day at the end of the work day. You wouldn't even of known that we were in the middle of having our roof done. We couldn't be happier that we have decided to invest in the Interlock Roofing. It is something that will last us a lifetime and one less thing that we will have to worry about later on. We will and have recommended Interlock roofing to anyone in need of a replacement or a new roof. Sincerely, David and Donna Maine

Monica S. Meier
Dear Interlock Industries:
I am writing to say, "job well done" in regards to our roofing contract. The installers tried their best in spite of many days of snow and were here when they stated and called if they could not. This is not the typical experience with any other contractors; when you don't know when they will show up or when they will finish.
The roof looks great and I am looking forward to the many years of "no maintenance" ahead. The salesman was very professional and easy to work with.
The secretary that set up the meetings and returned calls had very good interpersonal skills. I hope to recommend your company to all I can.
Thank you.
Sincerely, Monica S. Meier

RE: Roofing Materials & Experiences
We hope this letter will save someone experiencing some of the aggravation, expense, internal damages and headaches we have experienced using asphalt shingles.
Our home was built in 1984 and Its roof finished with asphalt shingles. Within 10 years we started to experience leaking around flashing's resulting in a rosewood chest having to be refinished and stippled ceilings in several areas of our home having to be repainted. By 1995 we reluctantly gave in to the realization our roof needed replacing and started shopping for a new roof. In May 1996 we re-roofed our 11 % year old home using IKO's "Aristocrat" asphalt shingle which is rated at 25 years (cost $3321.28). Unfortunately, when the roofing contractor ordered the shingles they did not order enough and the finished roof ended up with a distinctly different colored patch at the front of our very long roof which extends from the peak of our house to the front of the garage. At the time I was assured a year of sun bleaching should rectify the color variation, but if it didn't I was to call them to arrange to have it rectified.
One year later our "new" roof still looked "patched" and a call was made to the roofing company who arranged a meeting with a senior representative of IKO, the president of the roofing company and myself. Following that meeting I received a letter from IKO telling me the guarantee did not cover "color". The IKO letter Included an offer of approximately $500.00 so that I could deal with MY problem on my one year old, Aristocrat (26 year) shingle roof. Upon receipt of that letter I contacted the roofing contractor, told them about the letter and informed them they would not be hearing from me again but would hear from a lawyer on my behalf. Boy. did that get things happening! Fortunately for us. the roofing contractor stood by us and the "color" matter was satisfactorily resolved by November 1997. Unfortunately, we experienced major interior leaking in December 1997 following a very wet heavy snow. The leaking was so bad it was "raining" from the light in our front entrance and our front door froze shut! The end result to us was more inconvenience, more damage, more shabby cosmetic repairs by a fellow provided by the roofing contractor but at last it looked like our roofing problems were behind us.
In July of 1998 Northwest Calgary was hit by a severe hail storm. My husband's worse fear was the storm would have knocked 15 of the 25 years off the life our "new roof". That storm obliterated our roof and the insurance adjuster's first comment was that the roof would need replacing. During the summer and fall of 1998 it was almost impossible to get a roof installed and we seriously questioned the quality of work that we saw around us.
February of 1999 arrived with us still in need of a new roof so we went roof shopping at The Home and Garden Show where we met Ted Rector of Interlock Industries (Alberta) Ltd. Several of Interlocks competitors couldn't even be bothered to take the time to talk to us. Those that did talk to us were selling asphalt (paper or fiberglass) shingles. Within a week Ted came to our home and we had arranged to get a roof to finally solve our problems.
Our new roof tile in charcoal grey) is now on our home. We love the look! The installers were a super group of very considerate fellows. Clean-up by Interlocks installers was very thorough. I wish all of our roofing experiences could have been as pleasant as our dealings thus far with Interlock and its representatives!

Dear Interlock Roofing:
Thank you for you time and kindness with working with us. The time it took to put on the roof was efficient and quickly done. Your workers were fast, and on the job. They took a couple days to do both our roof of our house and the roof of our second garage. This Interlock Roofing was a great investment on our house. We get plenty of compliments from our neighbors telling us how nice our roof looks. The quality of the roof is also great. It looks very durable and reliable when it comes to heavy rains and winds. We also like the style of the roof and how it goes nicely with our house and surroundings. It was nice working with your company and we hope the best for Interlock Roofing in the future.
Thank you,
